Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you need help with your order, please contact Xestron Life through the contact details on our website.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
Standard shipping is free on orders over Rs. 3,000. Any shipping charge for other orders will be shown at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Returns and Refunds
You may return a product within 10 days of purchase if its packaging has not been opened. If you have opened the product and have a concern, please contact us for guidance.
You may return an eligible product to our Karachi office or request a courier pickup. A Rs. 250 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund if you choose courier pickup. Once we receive the returned product, the eligible refund will be sent to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account.
If a parcel or product appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, do not accept the parcel. If you discover a concern after delivery, keep the product and its original packaging and contact us for instructions.
Purchases From Other Sellers
For a Xestron Life product bought from another website or retail store, please follow that seller’s return and refund policy.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for orders below Rs. 5,000. Payment must be made to the courier before the parcel can be opened.
